Charles is the founder and CEO of Windblow. He is also a visiting researcher at Waseda University, and a member of Stanford Alumni Interview Program.

His interest in education began while he was an graduate student at Stanford University. He holds three degrees from Stanford, Waseda, and CFAU.

Jeremy is the CFO of Windblow. He leads and oversees all finance-related matters.

Prior to joining Windblow, Jeremy was a senior project manager at CECIC. He also holds an MBA from Zhejiang University and a BA from CFAU.

Claire is the COO of Windblow. She is accountable for providing strategic and operational support to the organization.

She is also a senior manager at JAFSA, an official platform which oversees the international education in Japan. Prior to Windblow, Claire was a project manager at Toyota.
